1. Is Ranger X3 compatible with my phone?

Yes. Ranger X3 is compatible with most modern smartphones. You can use it with any iPhone running iOS 9.0 or later and with Android phones running Android 5.0 or later. After you receive your watch, you simply download the companion app, pair it via Bluetooth, and you’ll be ready to receive notifications, calls, health data, and updates. If your phone supports Bluetooth and runs a relatively recent OS, you’ll have no problem using Ranger X3.

2. Can I make and receive phone calls from the watch?

Yes, you can both make and receive calls directly from the Ranger X3. The watch includes a built-in speaker and microphone. Once it’s paired to your phone via Bluetooth, you can answer calls on your wrist, dial recent contacts from the watch, and speak hands-free. Your phone needs to stay within Bluetooth range (usually around 10 meters / 30 feet) for calls to work properly.

3. How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on how you use the watch, but most customers get around 5–7 days on a single charge with mixed use (notifications, calls, health tracking and workouts). With lighter usage, some people reach even more. If you use heavy features like continuous heart rate, constant screen-on, and long workouts with GPS, battery life will be closer to the lower range. Ranger X3 is designed so you don’t need to charge it every night like many other smartwatches.

4. Is Ranger X3 waterproof? Can I swim or shower with it?

Ranger X3 comes with IP69 water and dust resistance, which means it is protected against sweat, rain, splashes, and short exposure to water. It is suitable for everyday use, workouts and washing your hands. However, we don’t recommend long showers with hot water, saunas, or deep swimming/diving, as extreme conditions and high temperatures can affect seals and reduce water protection over time.

6. How do I set up my Ranger X3 for the first time?

Setup is simple and usually takes under 3 minutes.

Charge your Ranger X3 fully using the magnetic cable included.

Download the companion app indicated in your quick start guide.

Turn on the watch and enable Bluetooth on your phone.

Open the app, select “Add device” and choose “Ranger X3” from the list.

Follow the on-screen steps to sync notifications, calls and health data.

If you follow these steps, your watch will be ready to use almost immediately.

7. Does Ranger X3 show all my notifications?

Yes, you can receive notifications from calls, SMS, emails and most popular apps (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) as long as notifications are enabled inside the companion app and on your phone. For privacy reasons, the content displayed can depend on your phone settings, but you can always choose which apps are allowed to send alerts to your Ranger X3 so you control interruptions.

8. Can I change the watch faces and customize the look?

Absolutely. Ranger X3 includes dozens of built-in watch faces and access to 100+ styles through the app. You can switch between digital and analog styles, minimalist faces, fitness-focused displays, colorful designs and more. In many cases you can also customize which metrics appear on the screen (steps, heart rate, time, date, etc.) so the watch feels truly personal.

9. Does the watch come with a warranty?

Yes, every Ranger X3 purchased through icontactic includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your watch has a hardware or functional issue not caused by misuse, impact, or liquid damage beyond its rating, our support team will help you with troubleshooting, replacement options or repair depending on the case. 10. How long does shipping take and where do you ship?

We primarily ship to customers in the United States, and we’re working to open more regions over time. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery times depend on your exact location and the shipping method chosen at checkout, but most customers receive their orders within a few business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
