Are Your Products Made In The USA

At Icontactic, we curate our products from diverse locations worldwide, drawing inspiration from the quality standards set by renowned brands such as Apple and Nike, as well as innovative companies like Google. While Google, an American-based company, outsources its manufacturing, similar to the global nature of the products you use daily, like your phone.

While the majority of our products are not manufactured within the United States, we wholeheartedly support the American workforce through our internal teams (our family), and collaborate with reliable partners such as UPS, USPS, and DHL US. Additionally, we contribute to both Florida and Federal taxes, reinforcing our commitment to supporting the government.

Our products are crafted on Earth by humans, and we take pride in maintaining ethical and responsible practices in all aspects of our operations.

At this time we want to stay exclusive and focus on new gear and customer service.

Do you have a retail store I can visit?

Unfortunately we are online only and at major events and expos. However we do offer in warehouse pick up's after ordering online in Southern Florida.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping in the USA after $100USD minimum spend which would be after any codes or discounts. We offer free shipping in other parts of the world after a similar minimum spend

Where will my order ship from?

All orders from Icontactic are shipped directly from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida. Please be aware that shipping times to the East Coast may be longer due to the geographical distance. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that we are dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers nationwide. Should you have any inquiries regarding shipping or delivery times, our customer support team is here to assist you. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority at Icontactic.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typical shipment for domestic orders is 4-6 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship to APU/APO addresses?

Yes we ship to APO/APU, however shipping times could be extended up to 45 days. We are not able to track packages once it is handled over to the Military Parcel for security reasons. Please be acceptable to this prior to ordering.

How do I track my order?

Upon purchase you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you click shipping details in that email, a shipping code will be there (once we've generated it on our end). You may also opt-in for text message alerts. Please check your spam folder for confirmation emails. You can also track your package in Menu
