The ICONTACTIC Maintenance Mat has a padded, resistant working surface and a hinged parts tray along one edge with a magnetized section for pins, springs and screws. It lays flat on a bench or table and rolls up when the work is done.

Overview

The mat is a padded panel with a resistant top surface. Along one long edge sits a hinged tray divided into sections; one section is magnetized so small metal parts do not roll away. The exact size, materials and the chemical resistance of the surface are published after supplier verification. The mat is a work surface: it does not include tools, brushes or cleaning supplies.

Compatibility

A work surface for maintaining hand tools, hardware and firearms. Cleaning tools and supplies are not included.

Setup and use

Unroll the mat on a flat surface with the tray edge toward you. Place small parts in the magnetized section as you remove them. Wipe the surface after use and roll the mat with the tray outward.

Care

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry before rolling. Do not machine wash. Keep solvents off the tray hinge until resistance is confirmed.
