ICONTACTIC Compact Flat Flashlight

A round flashlight rolls off the bench and bulges in a pocket. The ICONTACTIC Compact Flat Flashlight has a flat body that lies still and sits flat against the leg. A knurled dial on the edge sets the brightness, a slider picks the beam mode, and a strip of small emitters on the side gives a soft area light. The clip holds it in a pocket or on a brim, and the magnetic tail parks it on steel.

Overview

The body is a flat rectangle with chamfered edges and a front window carrying the main emitters. On one edge sit a knurled rotary dial and a slide switch marked for low, flood, spot and lock. The opposite face carries a strip of small warm emitters plus one white emitter for area light. The tail has a screwed plate with a lanyard hole, a covered charging port and a magnet, so the light stands on its tail or parks on steel. A steel clip is screwed to the body. Colours are planned as Grey, White and Black.

Compatibility

The clip fits pockets, belts and hat brims. The magnetic tail parks the light on steel surfaces only. Accessories such as mounts and diffusers are not included.

Setup and use

Charge fully before first use. Turn the dial to set brightness and move the slider to choose the beam or lock the light. Clip it to a pocket or set it on its tail.

Care

Keep the window and side strip clean with a dry cloth. Close the port cover after charging. Do not leave the battery fully discharged for long periods.
